I AM NEW TO TRAVELLERS POINT: How can I eliminate the large colored numbers in "markers" for various stops, leaving just some simple circle to mark that stop. I have many trips to enter and the large numbers in colored circles take up too much space.

The circles with numbers serve to group markers. If they weren't there you'd have that number of markers in that spot, taking up even more space Have a look at . If they weren't grouped, there would be hundreds and hundreds of markers overlapping on there making it very hard to see what's going on.
By the way, these grouped markers only show when looking at ALL your trips. If you click to then you will see that they disappear.
