Hi Im from the U.K and i was given a 5 year adult harrassment order in jan 11 for putting posters up around the village as this woman owed my parents some money and she denied she did. but she payed it back and the letters were just to say she did so i decided to get 60 copies and put them on lamp posts etc..

Bottom line, there are never any guarantees but personally I would forget it ever happened.

I have only just joined this site after reading many many posts but none on harrassment unless i missed it but thank you so much for your reply and i am going to go as its all payed for and its to honour my late mother

The "harassment" aspect is immaterial to the situation. All that matters is whether there was a conviction, when it happened and did the conviction involve moral turpitude, etc.
Every possible aspect has been discussed to death in the link I gave you.
Bottom line: Forgetaboutit.
