Well to be honest i never really see people asking for a mate through forums but looks like a really good idea.
I will be planning a tour in the mid of the summer next year a solo one. So i guess this way will help me in a way.
Last year, I was in Rome for new year's Eve.
It's a good city to be in.
I would advise you to reserve your restaurant at least one day before. The best ones are booked in advance (and make a special menu).
I can't be there this time !
