I applaud your industrious nature and your offer of making the first conversion for free would be I'm sure a great opportunity for someone but self promotion is not tolerated here so I fear your post may be deleted.
In any case, I don't see any advantage of getting one van to work on initially... every van will be different therefore all the builds will be custom... no two will be identical...
