Travelers forums are not the best place to ask on visa issues. Checking with government sites and embassies and official resources is the way to go.
If someone here tells you to go for it and then your application get rejected, what you will do? Tell the embassy "But mariha on travellerspoint told me should be alright!" ???
This is an English language forum so your post will be difficult for most people to decipher, but the answer to your question is simple:
As a Filipino you require a Schengen Visa. No stranger on an Internet forum can give you any clue what your chances are. Have a look at the and if you think you meet the criteria then go for it.

If you're a young, single Filipino then it's going to be difficult for you to meet the Schengen requirements.
