Why don't you start by researching the Embassy/Consulate websites of these six countries and first check their Temporary Work Visa requirements directly?

I have researched it for Peru, and I am confused at to whether or not I need to get a 'business' visa. That is why anyone with any prior knowledge would be a massive help.
You're not doing business there, you want to work. The Working Visa info is here:

That said, I suspect you're going to find it almost impossible to legally work in most places, it's not easy in South America. Even with good spoken/written Spanish (which I assume you have, yes?) remember that you have to bring something to the table that makes an employer want to hire you over a local. Do you have skills that would qualify you?
