How about booking the first few nights of accommodation (at a place where you can withdraw the booking if necessary) and put this address on the form? I'm not sure if then you can specify that you will be independently traveling after that? I am sure they do not need to know the address of every place you plan to stay. Just be honest with your replies on the form. Remember that, when you get the visa, you need to show proof of your flight home and you may need to show proof of your accommodation but booking the first few nights should suffice.
