Travelling Thailand Alone in July for 3 weeks

Miap has indicated that this thread is about Thailand

The obvious tip is to stay in hostels/dorms as that's the easiest way to meey people. Smaller dorms are generally better for meeting people in my experience, and also dorms in party locations tend to be the most sociable.

I arrive in Bangkok on the 21st alone,no plans really just want to travel about a month or so,hit me up !

Hi, I'm planning a last min trip to Thailand. 02 to 24 July. Let's keep in touch and maybe we can meet up.

Hi.

You will meet some tourists of like age in hostels, sometimes on tours, sometimes just walking around. But in the end you don't need anyone to accompany you and still have a nice time.

(Check your messages.)

Have fun but always think safety when meeting up with total strangers!

I'm also going to thailand alone

Hey,

Don't be afraid! I have travelled in 33 countries and consider Thailand as the easiest country to meet people and travel companions. You will never be alone, really. Most of the locals are welcoming and friendly and other solo travellers as well as expats are all over the country. It is, in general, a very safe place too. Like in any other country, just avoid to go outside alone at night or talk with extremely drunk or suspicious people!

Wish you happy travels!
