Is there a way to only share my interactive map (I.e. able to zoom) created on Travellerspoint with the dates as a link, but not giving viewers access to look around the full site and see my profile, stats etc. Actually, if I share my map, could others change my destinations?

Hi BL, firstly - only you can change your destinations. That is, unless you invite a collaborator to the trip.
There is no way to show the map without showing who it belongs to. If for some reason you don't want to show identifiable information, then you could just change your profile details to not have any identifiable information in them.
