SPAIN where to go??

Hi, planning on doing about a month of Spain, and not exactly sure where to spend my time. Obviously will hit the big cities Madrid and Barcelona but wouldnt mind going to some smaller perhaps more rural place? Would really appreciate any suggestions

I recommend you to go to Malaga, Cordoba, Sevilla and Basque Country.

I was in San Sebastinan, Madrid and Zamora 9 years ago. San Sebastian located in Basque Country, near Atlantic Ocean.

Zamora is fantastic, beautiful and famous

Thanks 😊 that's exactly where I was thinking after doing a little research

If I were in Spain, I would love to visit Palacio Real, La Concha, Aqueduct of Segovia, Ibiza, Sagrada Familia, El Escorial, Mezquita of Cordoba and Alhambra. These are few of the top attractions for tourists.

Wow, I love Spain. Would love to spend a month there. There are so many places to go depending on what you like to do. There's Bilbao, which has the Guggenheim Museum in the amazing building. Santiago de Compostela is in the northwest and is a very historic place and the end destination for pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago. Cordoba is beautiful, medieval, stunning. Seville is just buzzing with life and has lots going on, like great nightlife and festivals in the summer. Madrid, of course. And in Barcelona, definitely the Gothic quarter and the Sagrada Familia. Have fun!

There are many little cites outside of Cadiz in southern Spain that are great to stay in if you love the beach and relaxing. The Galicia region in the north is much cooler. Santiago is BEAUTIFUL! I definitely recommend going there. Do not go to Spain in July or August. It's scorching hot and most businesses close down for the month of August (Madrid especially is a ghost town).
