Contact a tour company. I think, they solved your problem
So I left mexico and nobody paid any attention to my tourist card. They just collected it without looking at it.
arriving back to mexico, I received a new tourist card with 180 days again. I was only asked, how many days I will stay in mexico, and that's it.
If you're white and from a G8 county then Mexican Immigration is easy.
