Asia ranges from Turkey through to China and down to Indonesia. Can you be more specific in your request.
I like Vietnam because it's not only very friendly, but also one of the cheapest places in Asia. The travel business is well established all over Vietnam, and English is widely understood on the tourist trail. All of Indochina is very cheap, but Vietnam is the largest of the 3 in Indochina, and also the cheapest and most diverse. Suggest you see this
Nepal, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia are all inexpensive. China, Philippines, Taiwan, Malaysia, Burma and Indonesia are generally slightly more expensive. South Korean, Singapore and Japan would be the most expensive.
Which is "best" is of course an entirely different question and that depends on your interests, likes/dislikes, etc.

Generally speaking, Vietnam and thailand are budget friendly. Also my country philippines is not that expensive. Hotels and shopping center here are cheap. If you love nature indonesia and philippines are the right choice. if you want historical place then go to korea or japan. If you want delicious foods go to taiwan. Hongkong, singapore, tokyo, and seoul are expensive cities.

Recommended for Vietnam and Cambodia, it is easy to travel to these countries and depends on your budget, from group to private or solo travel are fine.

If you are looking for budget travel, then, India is the best destination to explore. With plenty of beautiful and amazing tourist places to explore and as accommodation and travelling comes cheap in India, it certainly is worth coming to India.
Indonesia should be on your considered list
We got many attractions. We got beautiful temples like Borobudur and Prambanan. If you like beach you can googling Bali, Gili, Derawan, and the ultimate beauty of Raja Ampat. If you want some hike you can see the beautiful sunrise of Mt. Bromo, blue fire of Ijen (There are only 2 places having blue fire in the world), and many more.
The popular destination like Bali, Jogja cost only around USD 9-15 for hostel and you only need USD 1-2 for delicious street food.
