I'm a bit late in finding your post but hopefully you'll still see this before your trip!
I'm also in the middle of planning a trip around Europe in our van! We're off in May! Here are some sites that I have been recommended that might be of some use to you. I'm not sure where you're planning on visiting in Europe but might be worth checking these out.
