internal flights are cheap sometimes, from as little as £25 one way, check airasia for decent rates and where they fly from/to
you can do overland travel to. just takes more research to find best companies etc

yeah should be enough, depends on what you want to do really, you could easily spend 2 months in thailand, but if your time limit is 3 months for all then just decide what are your main points of seeing in each country and will give you a better idea of how much time to spend in each country. you might find you love 1 place more and stay for longer, you never know
ill be heading off on a year long trip in sept next year. ive done some of thailand and cambodia already last year for 1 month, but will be going back to do some more, as well as laos and vietnam
I traveled for 8/9 weeks to all of Thailand, Malaysia (only for a week) and then Cambodia.
I think spending wise was just under £2000. That includes all internal flights from Chiang mai - Phuket, Kuala Lumpur - Siem Reap. As I had already pre booked my return flight back home from Bangkok.
You'll definitely have enough time to visit all the countries within 3 months easily, as for spending wise you would need around £3000+ just to make sure. As long as you plan a good route, you'll save a shed load of money anyway,
