18 days for Madrid, Barcelona, Sevilla, Granada and Morocco (country) is intense at least.
To go to Morocco you have two options: ferry from Algeciras (south of Spain) or similar places around, or flight from Madrid to Marrakech (cheap flights available). The problem crossing by ferry is that you are in north Morocco, usually Tanger, and you have to move a lot to Marrakech. If you have more time I would recommend to move slowly from Tanger to the south, but having not too much time, better flight to Marrakech and around, like to Ouarzazate and the Valley of Draa (Zagora), or to Dades and Todra valleys (Tineghir), or so. Essaioura is also a nice alternative.

You have some hard choices to make.
Aitor's assessment is on the mark. Your current itinerary is intense. Perhaps you should save Morocco for another trip. But if you're determined, there are inexpensive flights from Barcelona and Madrid to Marrakech. Travel is easy in Marrakech, which also is good for trips into the Sahara. The Moroccan desert is spectacular. I traveled in October from Marrakech to Ouarzazate, the Draa Valley; and beyond.
