What's your nationality? The situation can vary depending on this.
But in general, I don't think you can get a visa allowing you to work in the USA. Maybe others can advise on the likelihood of getting caught but it's not something I'd want to try.
Please explain to me why you would expect that we should advise you on how to "beat the system" when we are already having problems with dangerous immigrants trying to sneak into the country.
Here's what I do know: If you go on a visitor visa, and then are caught working, you will be deported and never allowed back in the country.
It's your choice of trying to work this scam or not, but USA employers are now required to use the new e-verify system before employing individuals, so "hiding" in the USA while working is not as easy as it used to be.

I would say good luck, but with all the ISIS problems lately, I personally hope you get caught and deported. On the other hand, we welcome regular visitors who follow the rules and want them to enjoy their time in the country.
