I'm also in the same boat, female 27 from Ireland travelling around SE Asia!! Very exciting but it's a little daunting!!
I'm starting a tour tomorrow which ends in Siem reap on the 21st of April!! I am thinking of going to Vietnam for just over a week before making my way down to the Thai islands. Also thinking of going to Mays full moon party! I'm pretty much going with the flow, I have not fully decided on whether to go to Vietnam yet, I might go back to Bangkok before heading to the islands after the tour ends.
Anyone around siem reap or Bangkok around the 21st of April?! I'm going to Borneo on the 1st of June so would be cool to meet up before then
