Leaving the Schengen Area to EU country as a visitor.

Good Evening All!!!

I found Ireland immigration to be very thorough and I think it's quite likely that your days in Schengen will be checked by them. Why don't you get a cheap ticket from Ireland to another non-Schengen country? The UK maybe, or Croatia?
A ticket to go back to Poland before your 90 days out of Schengen are over may get you into trouble.
Of course, there is always the chance that you end up with a very relaxed immigration officer who doesn't care, but don't count on it.

Yeah I agree with amsel it depends on immigration officer. I always have the same problem of 90 days. I know that Croatian are quiet calm on that point. If you cross the border from Slovenia with car it's the best.

First of all thanks a lot for the answers... AvaC, so if i'll travel from Poland to Croatia by car, shouldn't be a problem? Do you know if on my way back i'll get any passport stamp?
Is getting quite anoying all this situation... i've been on the foreign offices here in Poland, and every time they say different things... it end up with the Head of the officers that if ill get another stamp to Poland i should be ok...

Once again guys... thanks a lot for your time.

If it's your own car, you can travel from Poland to Croatia - just check with your insurance company. If it's a rental, check if you are allowed to take the car out of the Schengen area, not all rental companies allow that.

Upon going back you will either get a stamp or your passport will be swiped. Just to be on the safe side, keep all receipts from your stay outside of Schengen - receipts from a hotel, from a restaurant, from a petrol station etc. Then if asked you can prove that you had been outside of Schengen.

Good luck. Visa stuff can take so much time, I know.
