so im 46(goin on 30) just told my boss to stick the job iv had for 13 years , i have bin to oz for 2 holidays and now want to spend up to a year roaming around looking for adventure . im in to scuba , climbing, bikes , keep fit ,
BUT am i the oldest on this sight , just started to make plans but nothing set in stone , looking at leaving uk in about 4 weeks time ,
There are lots of people waaaaaay older than you travelling all over the world all the time, putting some of the "too-nervous-to-leave-khao-san-road" and party hostel kids to shame.
Age is meaningless, it's all about attitude, curiosity and having an open mind...

Hey buddy, you are not the oldest...I am 47 going on 31...traveling all the time and having fun. Spending time with young kids keeps me in line...and sometime gives me reality check! All goods.
