I am currently in Buenos Aires. A friend is visiting for two weeks and wants to go to Iguassu Falls and do a jungle tour in Bolivia. Any thoughts as to the best place in Bolivia to do a jungle tour? And where would we fly into? Thanks

Jungle tours in Bolivia generally start from Rurrenabaque, to the north of La Paz. There are other "jungle" parks in Bolivia but there are much harder to get to (e.g. Kepff Mercado). You can fly into Rurrenabaque from La Paz with TAM (not the Brazilian airline, the Bolivian military airline) or Amaszonas - the bus is very long and very uncomfortable I hear. Aerc
I don't know if you can fly to La Paz from Brazil - I doubt it. You'd have to fly via Santa Cruz, which has a far larger and busier airport than La Paz. Santa Cruz has flights to Brazil (with GOL) but I doubt they'll be cheap (think R$1,000 and up). So one routing is São Paulo - Santa Cruz - La Paz - Rurrenabaque. It's not direct but it's the most direct!
