Off the top of my head, Dubrovnik might be interesting because it has the oldest still-running pharmacy in the world (just looked up the date it opened: 1317)
Ok, after some quick googling to check my facts - there are other apparently some other pharmacies claiming the title. One in Florence (1221 - possibly not operating as a pharmacy though), one in Trier, Germany (1241), one in Tallinn, Estonia (1422)
But those are all in Europe and I'm not sure if there aren't some pharmacy-like shops in the Middle East which might be contenders as well.
