Hey guys
from Cancun to the south of Panama in 3 weeks, then taking a (night) bus to Ecuador
You are badly mixed up-so much so that I don't know where to start.
Yves... there is NO overland transport between Central and South America... you have a lot of research to do... Google is your friend... start with "Darien Gap."
Cheers,
Terry
Super cheap flights from Cuba to Central/South America with TACA Airlines, but you have to act right now, sale ends on Tuesday:

By the way, you need to look at a map too... even if a bus existed between Panama City and Quito they're close to a couple of thousand kilometres apart... an overnight bus would have to be a F1 race car to make it...
Cheers,
Terry
sorry guys, you must think i'm crazy^^
It's obviously more complicated than I thought...
@CheersT: many thanks for your help. One question:The sale of TACA Airlines is only for member of Taca's frequent flyer program .. or do I misunderstand something?
I think in the end there's no other possibility than taking a plane from Panama City (via Bogota) to Quito. The prices are around 300 EUR, that should be alright...
Or maybe it makes more sense to fly from Havana directly to Ecuador (instead of going to Central America and then flying to South America).
Because I only have 6 weeks time it probably makes more sense just to visit Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia. What do you think?
Sign up for their Frequent Flyer Program and you're allowed to purchase points, it's a fabulous deal.
Personally I'd put Colombia ahead of Ecuador, Peru or Bolivia, but that's just me.
Have fun in Cuba. It's a crazy place...
Cheers,
Terry
Hi Terry
Many thanks for your tips. It's all booked
I'm gonna fly from Havana to Medellin, visiting Colombia, then driving towards south to Ecuador and Peru, then flying back home from La Paz.
What were your personal favorites in Colombia?
Cheers
Yves
