Don't know where I'm staying don't know if your best off waiting til you get there was also looking at oz intro where ur accom for the first week is sorted for you as we'll as loadsa trips! With the greyhound tickets is that basically just a bus ticket aaahhhhh so much to organise :/

With regards to travel once you're there, have you already booked your Greyhound tickets? Is it cheaper to book in advance? Also have you done anything yet with regards to bank account/sim cards etc?

I haven't booked any Greyhound tickets as I'm not sure how long I'm going to be in Sydney for, I was planning on keeping my options open, to be honest plans can change so fast I don't want to commit to leaving on a certain date. I'd imagine it's cheaper to book in advance, but I don't know for sure. As for setting up a bank account, I'm gonna do that in Australia as I'm pretty sure you need a fixed address (Australian) to open an account and the hostel I'm staying in has sim cards you can buy.
