Personally I'd never take a pile of non-prescription pills across an international border, but that's just me - I do everything I can to make my passage through Immigration/Customs as seamless as possible.
Keep them in the original containers and I'm sure you'll be fine, but I have to ask, why bother? Are your vitamins/supplements so unique that they can't simply be purchased upon arrival?
