I'm looking to book with STA travel or Oz experience. Lot of people of forums are just booking as they go, I do want to waste time researching places as I'm out there or turning up somewhere and it's full! Totally up to you though!

I'm also travelling alone, planning to get my flight 18th of Jan. I am 21 and from London.
I am only travelling for a short time, for 10 weeks.
How are you planning your trip, I don't know whether to book things up in advance? Or book the basics, I am planning to get the Greyhound bus pass for East Coast.
Do you book hostels when you arrive or in advance?
