HELP! I need to repair my suitcase!

Lioness.Queen has indicated that this thread is about Tuscany

Determine the brand of the suitcase, look up the company on line, email, phone or write to their customer service department and ask them for a repair recommendation. Some better quality companies will even do the repairs themselves for free. Most will not. They may offer to repair it for a price. They may have a suggestion or recommendation of a company that specializes in repairs. If your company has no information that seems helpful, try looking up another company with similar products and ask them. They may have suggestions for you. They may be happy to help you, thinking that you may recognize good service and buy their product when you replace your current luggage.

If it is simply a matter of you not having the right tools, it might turn out to be the better solution to just go to the hardware store and buy yourself the needed tools and do the repair yourself.

I agree repair is cheaper to buy a new one. Use Mr. fix because they fix everything except broke hearts or Try a local repair shop or something if this idea doesn't work.....

How important is it that the inside of the suitcase looks nice to you? I think if you use some liquid thread or something like that on it then it should be fine. In an emergency situation I have been known to pull out the duct tape which always does the trick. You shouldn't have to buy a new suitcase over a little tear though...
