I've noticed recently (last couple of months maybe) that I don't always get an email when a new post is made in a thread I'm subscribed to. Has there been any change to when an email is sent, or anything else regarding this?
Hmm yeah, I've noticed this a few times too now. I'll have a look into why this might be happening. Can't immediately see how any of the recent changes would have caused this though.
I've noticed this too, but I thought it was an issue at my end, ie with hotmail, as it seemed to coincide with me switching my email address on my profile back from gmail to hotmail.
I've subscribed to this thread anyway!

Oddly enough I started to notice it when changing from gmail to outlook.com (aka hotmail) too. I changed back to gmail since then in case that was the issue! But it's still happening intermittently.
Well, I got no response to either of your posts, so meh..
The error trapping I added yesterday didn't catch anything either, so it seems it at least went to the mail server. Maybe something's wrong there.
