I'm also interested in fruit picking! I arrive in Melbourne on 7th November. Plan to do 5 weeks then I'm booked into Sydney for Christmas and New Years. After New Years I have no plan and would be happy to do the 3 months of fruit picking then

I want to go fairly soon so Im just reading up about it. Might just apply for a Visa and do it (Not think too much and talk myself out of it lol)
Yeah that is kind of what I did. I talked about it for so long that I just needed to book it lol Visa took a matter of days to come through so that was handy!!
Haven't looked into getting it organised tbh, but would be good to know more. I get the impression that its pretty physical and hard work :/, but will be worth it to have the option to stay out there 2years.
Hey I'm currently in Sydney up till Feb. Have booked to stay in hostel in Feb in Tasmania that helps sort you out with your farm work although never done a days manual labour in my life
