Hey guys, we a bunch of friends are deciding to visit England soon. The next thing is planning the activities we should do there. Just going through an article which says if you ever visit England make sure you go for "Roman Bathing". What's that? Can anybody tell if it is worth visiting?
I think that article is misleading.
In the town called Bath are the old Roman Baths, they're a museum but you can't enter the water. It's an ok historic site but nothing very special amongst the history to see here.
The city of Bath is very pretty and the baths are interesting. You can purchase water to drink from the hot springs, but no bathing.

Bath is indeed very pretty, & a good base for some days out. You can get a sip of the water for free inside the baths but it is an acquired taste.

It is definately worth visiting, you can trust this article In my opinion it is one of this places like "Eifel Tower". You just cant visit it, when you are nearby

Bath is lovely - if you are in the area/nearby then it's worth a visit if you are into that kind of thing. There's lots of shops and places to eat too!
The heating system designed by the Romans for Roman Bath was amazing. That time, the techniques used by Roman was so advanced!!!! I suggest people should go through the history, it is very alluring to visit Roman Bath. I'm very excited to be there at once.
