I was looking at the thai into site and wondering if anybody has done this tour. It seems expensive for a week.. Over €500. Would be a good way to start thailand when arriving alone tho. Has anyone done it and can tell me abit about it and what they think... Thanks alot 😊

"Thai intro" (one word plus .com) is run by the same people as "Oz intro". In the Australia variant it's this basic handholding package for WHV essentials which don't need handholding, plus lots of activities and partying. In the Thai variant there's of course no WHV essentials, so it seems to be only activities and partying.
Obviously I haven't done it, but I have travelled (shortly) through Thailand by myself. Based on that experience, I'd fully expect this tour to be completely unnecessary. I'd also fully expect that those who go for it have a great time. Probably not significantly greater than if they hadn't, but who knows. Yes, it's expensive (the people running it need to make a healthy profit after all). You'll get to know (up to) 15 other people on it quite a bit better than you'd get to know dozens of people on your own if you just travelled around by yourself for a week. You might even like some of them enough to go travel together with longterm; but I wouldn't count on it.
My advice: If you'd feel mostly confident travelling through Thailand on your own without this package, just go do that. The tour would then not be aimed at you. But if you'd only go with something like this because it otherwise all feels far too scary and overwhelming, then by all means go for it and have a blast. Be careful for upselling at the end of the trip; their marketing copy seems to indicate that will happen, "Then at the end of your week your ThaIntro Group Leader will help you plan and book any onward travel, so you don't need to worry about a thing!"
Most tourists visit Thailand on their own. They book their own flights. They book their own hotels and research how to get from various airports to their hotels. When you do your own trip planning you should have an idea of how much money you can pay for hotels and day to day expenses and then choose hotels that fit your budget.
If you are flying in from long distance try to stay longer than a week even if you must use cheaper hotels. Usually the cost of plane tickets is the same if you go for one week or go for ten days. Around 26 million tourists visited Thailand last year. Most of them did everything on their own. And some of those tourists were dumber than a sack of rocks and they still got the job done without any tour company doing the hand holding.
In major cities in Thailand (Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Phuket, Hua Hin, etc.) you can sign on to shared tours as you need them. You can get a shared tour (usually in a van with other tourists) from some hotel tour desks and from local travel agencies. Choose one day leave next morning with pick up at your hotel and return at end of the day.
One thing you can do is pick up some travel guides from a book store or library and see what your interests are then decide what to do. For Thailand most tourists fly round trip to Bangkok. A visit to Chiang Mai, a visit to a beach area and a visit to Bangkok does it for many tourists.
Fodors Forum has many post from tourists who use a lot of guided tours. Lonely Planet TG has info for tourists who are more budget minded. When you show up in Thailand is a factor on what the weather will be and for high season (close to Christmas and New Years holidays) more expensive hotels. Sometimes even the cost of plane tickets costs more near Christmas. Tourists do show up in Thailand every month of the year regardless or weather.

There are many posts for "female solo traveler" or "woman traveling alone" or similar heading. Do a forum search. (Even a Google search too.)
On some forums you may get replies from guys from particular countries who think all women traveling alone are "easy and loose!" It's just how they were brought up, could be religion or various mores where women are less free and have more restrictions. So when you get serious on planning your trip and using forums for advice - avoid giving out your real name and hotel location or you will have some guys showing up at your hotel looking for a woman traveling alone! Always think safety!
