Hey Chris - you sound pretty organized. When I go to Asia and just wander around, eat, and sleep, I spend about $20USD a day - $5-10 for a bed, $3-$10 for food. Add in massages ($6+), drinking, gym fees, museum entrances, transport fees (taxis are cheap, busses are cheaper), you can get up to $40-$60 a day (and really sky is the limit, hey).
