As I understand it, the courier flights we all took in the 80's and 90's have all but disappeared with the success of FedEx and other large express firms. I did hear of someone acting as a courier on JAL Cargo to Japan, but that was the only one. Flying directly into Frederiction would be expensive (smaller airports are not cheap). The cheapest I see is into Boston on Air France/KLM. Another option is into Montreal or Halifax - somewhat more expensive. The bus trip between Boston and Frederiction is 13 hours, and I don't see fare info.
I would also look at the website - the only LCC between the UK and CA (they advertise very low one-way fares between LGW and YYZ - Toronto)
