It's a funny description... hehehehehe...
I've been to Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto...
Clearly these 3 places differs from each other.
I would say that Tokyo is filled with well-dressed people carrying branded bags. People dressing to the nines.
As for Osaka, I see people wearing bedroom slippers in the trains. Under-dressed but still something to look at.
Finally Kyoto, people are more casual in their dressing. I would fit in this town nicely.
This reminds me of Goldilocks and the 3 Bears... three different beds.. one too hard, one too soft and finally, one that is just nice... :-)
