I'll be heading to Costa Rica on May 5th for about 10 days and will basically be spending most of our time in Jaco. I plan on visiting tortuga Island on one of the day trips and of course taking some surf lessons but I'm looking for some other fun and Cheap entertainment for the time we are there. I hear the night life in Jaco is wild and fun but we aren't much for clubs but do like a good bar to sit and mingle with fellow adventurers... any suggestions? Also I would like to do a lot of hiking to waterfalls and volcanoes but I'm looking to avoid pricey tour operations. We will be in San Jose for only one day before we come home so I would like some suggestions of places to check out there too. We are on a tight budget so anything budget friendly is definitely welcome. Any other suggestions for fun things to do while I'm there will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
