Too bad you didn't put visiting Sumatera on your list.
Many of great things could be do here.
Me especially, live in Berastagi and Medan which is amazing and not so far to visit Lake Toba - Asia's Largest Lake or going to Bukit Lawang or Ketambe in Aceh.

tinavratilova is write brilliant places are in sumtra was there in 2010 loved it especially bukit lawang would move there tomorow if i could and the people top draw travelled alone no problems whatsoever lovely place
