As mentioned in another thread...I would recommend small places Gstaad/Saanen, Gimmelwald/Murren, Lenk, St. Moritz, Kandersteg/Oeschinensee, etc.
If you want a real Swiss experience, you have to hike a mountina and stay at a Berg-Hutte. For cities I would suggest Thun, Bern, Lausanne, and Locarno/Lugano.
