getting from Amsterdam to Malaysia

All flights are expensive nowadays. $550 is a single? It sounds OK. KLM has promotions every so often. Try the Middle East/Arab airlines.

ONCE IN MALAYSIA, YOU SHOULD FLY WITH AIRASIA LINES. IT IS THE CHEAPEST.

Not true. MAS, MAS wings, Fire Fly can sometimes be cheaper.

Usually single flights are just as expensive as return flights, and sometimes more expensive!
So 550 USD really is a bargain, no matter how you face it. That's less than €450, it is really cheap cheap.
I understand you want to travel as cheap as possible, but sometimes you have to consider yourself lucky to find rates like this....

Not nowadays. It doesn't make much difference if you buy single or return, as the flights are priced separately.

Not true lizp. This is the case for budget airlines like Easyjet, Ryanair or AirAsia, but not for regular airlines like KLM or whatever airline. It might not be exactly the same price and even slightly less, but definately not half at all. Just check it and you will see...
