itinerary help.. starting in berlin

Having a slight itinerary crisis.. Booked an 8 day trip with my gf to Berlin for the first week of march and decided to tag paris and munich onto it because we got overzealous. Realizing there are fewer flights available and that we'll be spending 5 hours at time dealing with the airpots, it seems like we need to rethink things. I've been to paris and berlin before and have been itching to return to berlin.. she hasn't been to any of these places.

Personally, I prefer Munich and Berlin than Paris. I am a woman and I have been many times in Paris and never fell in love with this city. I don't know. Maybe it's me... But people are there quite cold there and the nightlife is not so nice and everything is so expensive. I prefer Germany as a choice, as I live here and I have visited all these places.
I think that trip to Berlin, Munich and Salzburg is a very nice choice. Salzburg is a very beautiful city and I would say is quite romantic.
I love Berlin for the lively nightlife and the people, but as a beauty I would choose Munich. Also as I am staying in Hamburg, I would recommend you to visit this city if you have time. You can see many interesting things here too and you need approximately 2 hours by train.

I agree with Anmar1 that Salzburg is a good choice. I would love to go! Germany in general is also great - no need to rush things with a trip to Paris as well. You could go to Neuschwanstein Castle - that is really beautiful and can be done in a day from Munich. Tübingen is also very pretty so perhaps that is an option. I am sure you will have a great time in Germany and then you can save Paris for another holiday.

I am a huge lover of France and Paris, so yeah of course I would suggest you to go there. But to be realistic let Paris for another trip, if it is a Germany trip - let it be a Germany trip! You can find cool places and cities in Germany and you'll have an amazing trip!
