Hey I am going to be in Thailand from May1st - May14th.. I know thats not a long time it is just a stop by before going to Japan to stay with a friend. I will be going to Thailand alone though and was wondering if anyone is gonna be in or around Bangkok around this time and would like to hang out. I probably won't have a problem meeting people while I am there, but it doesnt hurt meeting people before too ANYWAY let me know and safe travels everyone.
hey, I land into Bangkok on the 30th april early morning.... probably going to stay in Bangkok for 2-3 nights then head upto chiang mai and work my way down south to Phuket, ko pha ngan, ko phi phi etc. what are your plans whilst in Thailand?

I will be doing the same for about 2-3 days, but the dates are not yet fixed, have you already fixed your dates and bought tickets?
Awsome yeah I booked my flight the other day, it's the morning of the 29th April but won't actually land into Bangkok untill 7am the next morning local time :/ I haven't yet booked a hostel yet though as need to do more research but the nappark hostel at khao San looks pretty decent and really cheap so may book that one!

I will be leaving for Thailand in a few days, but by the time May comes round I will be on the second half of my trip and around Southern Thailand. Koh Phi Phi, Koh Pha-Ngan, Krabi, etc etc. if you're in that area around May then hit me up!
Btw I'm staying at NapPark Hostel after I land in Bangkok - a good hostel to meet people apparently!

Aww I bet you are well excited!! Well I have just booked to stay in the basic 22 mixed dorm at nap park as from the 30th for 3 nights! I'm going up to chiang Mai first then will be heading down south to those places after, planning on a full moon party at the end of may! Where abouts are you going after Thailand? You on Facebook?
Nice - will most likely be at that FMP in May too. I would have already done Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia by then but I'm planning to go to Malaysia, Singapore and maybe Bali too, after South Thailand. How about you?

Excellent stuffs, I'll also book my tickets on same dates then. I thought of booking a hotel but if you know this hostel you're talking about I don't mind staying there even. How many of you all are traveling together with you?

Hey everyone! Thanks for the posts. I have a deal for my flights but its not quite booked yet. I am pretty sure though that I will be arriving on May 1st.
