Very few insurance policies cover pre-existing medical conditions and if you find a company that will insure her of course it will usually be more expensive than normal.
CSA, Global Alert, Travelex, Travel Guard, Travel Insured and Travel Safe are some companies that will sometimes cover pre-existing conditions. It's easy to Google this info.
