Flying to bangkok to backpack whens best to arrive in the morning or nightime? Whens better to fly aswell
Very few of us have a choice when coming from overseas. I pick the quality of the airline over arrival times. I've always landed in BKK late at night and never had a problem (very little traffic at that hour). Last time I arrived late with no hotel room, but there's several hotel counters in the terminal, and I had a hotel in minutes. The Airport Rail Link runs to about midnight, I believe (catch it on the lower level of the terminal).
I like this airport - very convenient and easy to use (bring good walking shoes because it's also HUGE!)
