Hello fellow travellers,
The best time to visit Italy is definitely in May and in the beginning of June and in September as it is still warm (May may be a fifty-fifty; if you're looking for a real warm weather, I would recommend September) and there aren't as many tourists as in July&August, all the crowds are gone and you can enjoy peacefully your holiday.
