I'm an 18 year old guy, and I want to save up my money all the way to May of 2014, so I could finish my second semester of college. Then I want to go to Sweden. From there travel everywhere. I don't care if I sleep on the ground or whatever. I just want to travel the world at least for a whole year, and then come back home. I think this is the best way to discover who you are, and what you want from life. Plus experience different cultures, and meeting new people would be amazing! What's Your opinion on this? Should I do it?
Yep travel's great, but you'd expect to hear that much on a travel forum.
If you're asking whether you should do your exact plan, how about some more detail? How much will you save and where do you plan to go? Travelling when broke may not help you discover who you are, it may just be as miserable as being broke at home, but more difficult.
Give us an idea of whether you want to party, hike, beach bum, see architecture or a tropical paradise or alien cultures or mountains or glaciers or... and where other than Sweden is on your list. Costs vary hugely. If you want something more than "yeah go for it".
If you are to say travel would you commute if you go from place to place or you would rent you own vehicle to Car rental services? From a reputable Car Rental Services?

Really very great thought and its the best time of your age to round the world. I would suggest you to stay in hostels while travelling, and its always better option to travel with ferries and cruises wherever possible, so that you can round the world with in your budget
