I am planning to go to all of if not most of these places on my 17 day trip.
Is this feasible and possible?
If so which order should I do the places? So as to not backtrack and spend a lot of time on buses / trains.
Are buses/trains available between these places?
I am unsure of the order.. Also I need to be at Koh pangyan at the end because the full moon party is at the end of my trip.

I would do this order:
1. Phnom Penh (fly into)
2. Sihanoukville (bus or shared car)
3. Phnom Penh (bus or shared care)
4. Bangkok (direct flight from PP)
5. Chiang Mai (direct flight from BKK)
6. Phuket (direct flight from CM)
7. Ko Phangan (direct flight to Koh Samui and ferry over from there)
