Hello everyone!
Me and my boyfriend are planning to visit the cities you see in the topic (the trip for 10-14 days). Could anyone give us some advice concerning these places? Especially the info about the transport, but also what is worth seeing or how many days we need to have to see the most crucial things in the following destinations. And maybe somebody knows something about the cheap accommodations? We are poor students and our budget is very limited
Hi Klaudia,
You might consider cutting down on your itinerary to get a better feel for the places you intend to visit. For example, Prague is a wonderful city and you can easily spend 6 or 7 days there. Same with Vienna.
Depends on your interests and expectations, but personally I preferred Prague to Vienna. There's a lot to see in Prague - things like Old Town Square, the Jewish Quarter, Mala Strana (or the Lesser Town), Hradcany and the Castle, Vysehrad, New Town etc.
You could even go for day trips, to Kutna Hora (with the Sedlec Ossuary) or Karlstejn Castle!
Vienna also has many, many attractions, a lot of them centred around Stephansdom. However, Belvedere and Schonbrunn Palace is also awesome!
I have not been to Croatia, but yesterday spoke to someone who is in Dubrovnik at the moment and he much prefers Dubrovnik to Zagreb.
Hope this helps!
Hi Klaudia,
i agree with the previous comment, 2 weeks for such long trip is almost impossible and you r going to miss many nice things.
My advise is to prefer bus to trains (where possible).
On my website you might find some example of cheap hostels in the cities you want to visit.
For any other info feel free to contact me
