Hi there,
Yes,we'll be there,We fly on the 12th March.Staying in Boudha on pilgrimage. Is it your first time in Nepal? Can't wait to visit again.
Hi.
Me and OH are flying from LHR (via Abu Dhabi) to Kathmandu on 18 March.
We're in the country for 5 weeks.
Starting off in KTM, then bus to Bandipur and onward to Pokhara. Taking it easy in Pokhara with a couple of nights in Dhampus.
Back to KTM, staying in Bhaktpaur for the Nepalese New Year (Bisket Jatra) for a few days.
Then to Chitwan to hopefully see a bit of wildlife, and finally back to KTM and home.
Should be good providing we don't go down with any easy to catch illnesses.
@ PompeyPete. If you get time go and see Lama Wangdu in Boudha, ask around the main Stupa and someone will be happy to take you there or give you directions. He's about 5-10 mins walk from the Stupa and well worth a visit. He's a great healer and Chod practitioner. He also does predictions.Between about 7.30am till 11am every morning you can go for a blessing, healing, prediction or just to see him.In the evening the monks at his monastery do the Chod practice, this starts around 7.30pm every evening and again is well worth a visit.Stay safe and well.Happy Travelling
Brian. Thanks, I've made a note.
I suppose these people need to know stuff like exact time of birth in order to give you accurate and correct predictions?

@PompeyPete, No but if it's for someone other than yourself, someone who won't be there for him to see, then take a recent photo of the person.
Thanks.
There's quite a lot about Lama Wangdu on Google.
You're welcome.
