Suggestion for future development

Suggestion for future developments:

Hi,

I started this thread a while ago that you might find amusing if you have not seen it already.

steve

You lost me Steve... that wasn't my suggestion. Defo lost in translation.

Never mind...I will try again

This was part of your suggestion..

....countries that were used for stop-over only (aircraft change in the airport as an example) would be coloured in different than current green colour and not counted as visited countries.

and this is in my post.

"It culminated with my claiming the Sudan. My plane made an unscheduled stop in Khartoum to let a few people off & take on fuel. In the middle of a war, no less. I have a photo of the fuel tanker & the airport building. Never got off the plane. I will never have the opportunity of being in the Sudan again & I don’t care what anyone else says, I have been there...."

So - you are claiming that a stopover should not be counted as a visited country, whereas I think they should - at least sometimes.

Steve

Would be nice to have a option to chose this by the user though.

That might work.

And how a about clicking a country to have another map appear, with states, provinces, counties etc. showing visited and not visited.

At least the USA.

And another for capital cities perhaps.

or airports.

any more?

I know people who keep lists of all sorts.

Steve

Whatever... it was a structured suggestion for the team - take it or leave it...smart attitude just shows the ignorance...

Good luck!

I am adding serious suggestions to your suggestions & you call me ignorant for that!

Communication is difficult. Please assume good intentions from everyone.

And you can be assured that the admins are reading the suggestions (and possible issues they'd encounter implementing them, and ways to further expand them), and are appreciative of them.
