Hey guys!
So I have a WHV for Australia sorted out but I thought I'd stop off in Sri Lanka for a few weeks along the way. This will most likely be in February. I was just wondering if anyone here has backpacked there before and what it's like. Is it easy to meet people as a solo traveller? Also does anyone have any recommendations on locations? I've heard Colombo, Ella, Kandy, Galle, Dambulla & Weligama are nice places. I'm also very much into nature so some national parks or places with an abundance of nature, that aren't too hard to get to, would be great to know!
Any advice is appreciated!
Also if anyone is going to Sri Lanka or Australia then hit me up! Would be good to meet some people over there
