Hello! I just went to seoul this january, and I haven't seen the teddy bear museum in namsan tower. I think it was change to Alive museum. But if you still want to see it, go to Jeju,Seorak or Gyeongju. I've seen the museum before in namsan last 2012 and it was still open by that time. I suggest you also try to go to Nami Island. It is a very beautiful and romantic place
