Forgot to say I am from Canada.
If you're visiting as a tourist then as a Canadian you don't require a Visa for stays up to 90 days therefore your criminal record is immaterial.
The US is the only country that can access your "normal" criminal record at Point of Entry.

I don't know any Canadian tourist who had problems having a bad police record on visiting Greece. Rest assured and enjoy your trip!
